Posting a New Thread : HELP!!!

Can a user who visits my WordPress Blog start their own thread, and if so, HOW??? It seems that they can only reply to existing posts I initiate.

One way might be to create a page called something like ‘Feedback’. Make sure comments for the page are turned on and then highlight the page as a menu item in either the sidebar or the header.

A blog is different than a forum/bulletin board.
Unless you give all the visitors “author” rights – which is quite risky! – they can only comment on existing posts. This is the expected behaviour of a blog software.
