Posting an image post from Mobile Error

    Hello There,

    Greetings…
    I have a problem in one of my client site. The problem is when i try to attach an image in a post i Can select the image but cant insert it in post because There is no insert button in mobile version or i cant see it,I dont know why i this happening. I updatd my wordpress to 4.6.1 which is latest version But the problem still exists.

    Please help if any one knows the solution.
