Posting: Can’t post anymore

    On attempting to post I get this: “Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help.” This occurs every time I attempt to post. Consequently nothing gets posted! Shouldn’t have to “search!” This happenswhile I’m already loged in on the administration page! Why? What is the fix?

    Hello Michaux,

    Sorry for the problem with the error when trying to post. I have been going through the WordPress Support forum looking for possible matches with the error message of your problem. I found two, but the first had to do with a backup plugin. This is the post: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/todays-update-generating-error/. The other issue generating the same message involved doing a search: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/wordpress-search-function-not-working/.

    If neither of these issues match, then I recommend troubleshooting your plugins to see if you can isolate a plugin as the possible problem. Disable all of them first to see if the problem recurs. If it doesn’t, then one of your plugins is the source. Enable them one-by-one to find the culprit.
