there is this weird box that says ‘choose file’ and a ‘submit’ button.
That input box is not added by Jetpack I’m afraid. I’d suggest that you deactivate all plugins on your site, one at a time, until you find what’s causing the issue. You’ll want to start with comment or discussion plugins, as the input box seems to overwrite the default comment form.
Once you find the source of the problem, you can contact the plugin author for help.

I don’t know what happend but my guests can’t leave any comments anymore. Instead there is this weird box that says ‘choose file’ and a ‘submit’ button. It is so weird because I don’t know since when this problem occured, but even worse, I don’t know how to get rid of it!
I hope there is anyone who can help me out. 🙁 The comments are such a crusial part of my blog.
