Posting format Question

Hi all, looking for help on how my posts look after posting.

So far I have written 3 posts but each one looks different when I post it and I am not sure why.

If you take a look at my blog http://www.joppas.wordpress.com you will see what I mean.

I want them to all look like the first post (3rd one down the page about Chipper Brady) with the title and tags at the top of the post.

Any ideas?
