Posting help – seeking plugin

    Hi. I really hope this is the forum for general help. I imagine my question’s been asked before, but I have searched both the forums and the web, and don’t feel I’ve found what I need. I thought it might be too general for the Plugins forum, but if not, I will gladly post there.

    In short, I am looking for a plugin that will allow me to publish a blog post to a Facebook page. I would like to sync the comments between the Facebook page and WordPress so the same set of comments appears both in Facebook and on the blog.

    Thanks for the reply. I have tried this plugin and perhaps I have it configured incorrectly. The blog comments do not sync with comments on the FB post, nor vice versa.

    I will look into this particular functionality with this plugin.

    Hey ns_outdoors,

    You might be able to use plugins like Social but you’ll be hard pressed to find anything that is going to allow you to sync from your site to FB. While not 100% certain, I’m pretty sure FB’s API doesn’t allow that. Hopefully I’m wrong, however. I’ll keep my eyes open for ya!

    I was initially thinking along these lines when I first read your request, ns_outdoors, but shied away from sharing it. Since I posted that last comment, I did come across this plugin that, while requiring you to have SSL set up, might be the way to go if syncing those conversations is super important to ya.

    Check out WPBook and see if that will work.

    Thanks very much for your responses! I will check into that and let you know how it goes. I don’t think the feature is super-important, but rather a nice-to-have, so I won’t be devastated if I come up empty. 🙂
