posting not displayed correctly

Please help….

Recently I upgrade to version 3.5.1, however, some of the posting is not displaying the correct content. For example, I have a posting link on the home page, in the home page, the picture is displaying other pictures (not the one I put in the post). But if I click on the link, the post will open up and I can see the correct picture. Not sure why the home page is displaying something else. Any idea?
