First, when I want to write a post it looks like this
    http://bit.ly/f9ozfE

So as you can see the background color of my page is for some reason in my post window (which isn’t helpful as the content area for my posts is not black but white, so my black text is unreadable in the posting window)

Next, I can’t seem to make <p> or other hard breaks without going into html (not a huge issues)

So I write my post in HTML as a work around but then when I click the post button I get this
    http://bit.ly/hBRcZG

Yes the post comes up on the blog anyway as seen here

    I am using constructor theme 1.4.3 & wordpress 3.1
I have tried in various browsers and the issue is on all of them.

    thanks for any help

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

OK, fixed the posting 404 issue, turns out it was LJ Crossposter plugin doing that.

but the theme is creating the weird posting page, I changed themes and it was gone, so I’m not sure what to change in constructor to fix this… other then changing my background to white, which doesn’t go with the look I wanted.

Oh and thank you, I feel like a dunce, not checking all my plugins first

And the latest update of Constructor fixed the issue.
