Postion Using Divi Theme

WC Version = 2.4.8
WP Version = 3.4.1
WC QD Version = 1.3.5 Beta

I am using the Divi Builder in the Divi Theme published by Elegant Themes.

When I call the WC QD shortcode in any module in any location on the page it published at the top of the page.

Other posts have suggested modifying the function wc_qd_form which I cannot locate.

Please advise on a solution. I really would like to use this plugin.
