Postman SMTP causing connectivity errors with Tickera

Hi,
I use your plugin to send emails to my customers on classes.purplefoodie.com. I use the tickera plugin to send confirmation emails to customers after their payment is received. I do this by changing their status in my admin from “pending” to “paid”. (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/tickera-event-ticketing-system/).
Recently I noticed that, while changing the status, some confirmation emails aren’t going through, and my orders page is stuck in a loop. The order status changes but the emails aren’t being sent and the page hangs.
I contacted Tickera and they figured out that the Postman SMTP plugin is causing an issue.
Would you be able to troubleshoot if I provided you my admin details, please?
