Postmeta in Permalink slug?

    Is it possible to add custom field data as part of the permalink? I’d like to prepend a list, much like dates are used with regular blog posts. For example my CPT of “tutorials” is a series, so I would like:

    foo.com/tutorials/23/how-to-add-permalinks

    ie. in the form of:

    foo.com/[cpt slug]/[cpt custom field postmeta]/[post title]
