Oh i thought i was in the “Yoast WordPress SEO” forum… That is the plug in that gave me this “You do not have your postname in the URL of your posts and pages, it is highly recommended that you do”
try this, login to your admin panel and then navigate to Setting -> Permalink and then click on custom structure and use /%postname%/
So right now its set to DEFAULT: http://floydwiebe.ca/?p=123
Ans I should select custom structure and actually use these words? exactly like this? /%postname%/
May I ask what does this do? I heard if u change permalinks u can really cause issues
yes you have to do it after doing so you will get you post name in your URL like :-
http://floydwiebe.ca/ATTENTION-FOSTER-FAMILIES

So I changed it to:

I saved changes.
BUT it does not reflect the change in the url
