    Hi
As my host provider time is set locally I’ve set my website time to UTC+0 and the time being shown in the setting section is correct. And my backup plugin schedules run on the correct time that I’ve set. The problem is that my posts and comments time is NOT correct.

    Any help much appreciated.

What you set at “Timezone” should be carried throughout the theme.

Try switching to the Default theme (Twenty Sixteen theme) for a moment to rule-out a theme-specific issue.

After switch, before you view the site, flush any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches. Also, any op cache or content network cache, as well as Cloudflare, clear those caches.

Because lots of visitors I don’t think I can change the theme even for a second.

I’m familiar with PHP. Can you please tell me where in the theme files I should look for the time setting.

I just want to clarify: the time in publishing post is not equal to time being shown in the setting section (which is correct).
