Welcome!
That’s the situation:

On the left, in the message subject the time sending the letter and the value of the field “Postie Time Correction”, that is, 9:16 and 5
Right at the top, it is written that the publication has expired, 34 minutes ago
Bottom right shows the current time.
What to do??

1.
‘post_date’ => $post_date,
‘post_date_gmt’ => $post_date_gmt,
if “Postie Time Correction” = 0 (or any other value)
then
post_date: 2017-01-13 13:28:02
post_date_gmt: 2017-01-13 13:28:02
then message not public, is future
But
2.
‘post_date’ => $post_date,
‘post_date_gmt’ => $post_date,
if “Postie Time Correction” = -2,5
then
post_date: 2017-01-13 11:03:14
post_date_gmt: 2017-01-13 13:33:14
then message public
something like this
🙂
Just curious, have you set the blog timezone in Settings->General?
We have found the reason.
This has been a failure on the server.
There flew down the system time
