Posts aren't showing social comments

For most of our blog posts, even though they have Twitter and Facebook they are not showing up as social comments. For the blog posts that do pull the shares, when you click on Twitter to filter just tweets it just goes to the top of the page. It does this when you click on any of the tabs.

Also, for the blog posts that show the social comments it is only pulling 4 of them, not all of them. Not seeing anything in the plugin settings to change this to show all comments.
