    Hey,

I want to use this plugin to display similar posts at the end of any given post because of the great query option in your plugin to do this via tags, not just categories. But I’ve just run into an issue.

I want to show all posts with the same tags I’ve assigned to my current post, and the plugin will include the link to my current post in the list because it also has that tag. I thought I could work around that by putting the offset to 1, but that only works if my current post is either the oldest or the newest with that tag. If it’s somewhere in the middle, like in the example linked here, the current post is not the first, no matter if I sort ascending or descending. Is there any way to exclude a specific post, say via that post’s ID? I couldn’t find anything, but maybe it’s hidden somewhere. I can’t be the first to run into this…

Thanks for otherwise great widgets. Hopefully, there is a solution here! Otherwise, I’ll have to find another way to show similar posts 🙁

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

This is easy provided you use the Related as Source in the Posts Grid/Posts Carousel and then specify post_tag as the taxonomy to use to decide on the related posts. The current post is not displayed as part of related posts if you use the ‘Related’ as Source field value in the query. Pls see the screenshot below –
