Posts – Category ID filter not working

    I have added category ID (I’m assuming this is the name of the category – if not please advise what is the category ID) to filter my posts by the category. I receive the following message:
    “Sorry, no posts matched your criteria”.

    However, I know there are 8 posts that meet this criteria.

    Please can someone help. When I posted this question on the I-Excel Next Template toolkit 2 days ago my question was deleted with no response provided. I’m a novice at WordPress and do not where else I can go to get an answer to my question.
