We have an add-on that allows you to use any post type (posts, pages, post types create by other plugins etc). It is called the ‘Post Types’ add-on. You can read more about it here http://wp-timelineexpress.com/products/timeline-express-post-types-add-on/

Otherwise, it would require you to alter the code contained in the plugin to allow for you to use other post types. We created the add-on to avoid having to re-write or alter any of the plugins core code.
