Posts in Category Not Called by Loop

Hi,
We are using the category option to categorize CCTM posts.

However, two separate plugins which filter posts by category do not recognize the posts as being in this category.

On the homepage, only one Media Watch post is displayed, even though there are more than 100 posts in this category.

What is the best way to solve this problem?
