Posts loading too slow

I don’t understand why the posts are loading too slowly in the first visit of any user. After the cache are saved, the second visit is ok. Could you figure out the problem? Also sometimes posts are not loading in the first visit even after the page is loaded fully.

PS: I am using WP Fastest Cache for caching and Auto optimize plugin for optimisation. Also the js files are placed in the footer.
