    I want the loop at the post page will show only posts of the same category. how can I do it?

    If I understand you right, there is no need to do anything special, just make a link to category archive. Make a link pointing to its own archive of your choice in menu.

    http://example.com/category/mycat

    To alter the main blog post page to show only one or some category, try using plugins, like this one for example.
