    I would also like to know how to limit the number of posts per month, and if this plugin can do it.

    Yes, you can. Make sure that you have the latest version of the plugin, then at the bottom of the new edit limit screen, you’ll see ‘Time Span’ set it to 672 hours, which totals 1 month (4 weeks, not calendar).
