Posts not being removed/trashed

Hi, installed the plugin, diagnostics page reporting everything is OK (green ticks). Current Cron Schedule shows the scheduled tasks correctly, however nothing happens after the set time. No post removal or edits to the posts to remove from view. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks
