Posts not displaying

I am newbie – first WP site. My posts are not displaying
Settings>Reading as per image below.
I can see them when clicking on the view button, but cannot see them as a site visitor..
Luigi page – post 2 – not displaying on blog page
Cambro page – first post posted – not displaying on blog page
Blog page – displaying a message similar to our home page
Probably a newbie error?

I’ve managed to get them to display by adding a pattern to the blog page.
You should not have to do this.
It seems the Twenty Twenty-Three theme has somehow been mangled quite a bit. If you’re using the default “Blog Home” template, I’ll recommend re-setting it in Site Editor (Appearance -> Editor -> Templates).
