Hi Holly, could you please post here the shortcode you are using in your home page? And just to make sure, are all the blogs in your WordPress Network public and visible?

    [nlposts title=”Latest posts” title_only=false thumbnail=true display_content=true excerpt_length=50][huge_it_gallery id=”1″]

And yes all posts are public.

I also tried just using [nlposts title=”latest posts”] and no luck unfortunately.

    Help appreciated.

Hello Holly, just to make sure we are on the same page. Are you using this shortcode in a WordPress Network instead of a single WordPress installation right? Otherwise you’d need to install Single Latest Posts Lite.

Sorry I am not sure of the difference…. I am using wordpress on my website http://www.forfitsakes.com…

A WordPress Network is what used to be known as WordPress Multi-sites, a network contains multiple blogs managed from a root site. A WordPress single installation is what you get by default.

Your site seems to be using a WordPress single installation so I recommend you installing Single Latest Posts Lite which is the version intended for individual sites and removing Network Latest Posts as it will not serve your needs.

Once you have installed Single Latest Posts Lite, just change your shortcode like this:

    [slposts title="Latest posts" title_only=false thumbnail=true display_content=true excerpt_length=50]

    This should solve your issue.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

    Best regards,
    José SAYAGO.

Ah thank you! I replied via email realising it wouldn’t connect. So apologies for that.

I have managed to get the recent posts to display however I cannot seem to control how they display.

I would like for the title to appear at the top, followed by the image being lined up with copy.

    Help appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Holly

Hi there, just wanted to follow up. Can you please assist as it is still showing up really strangely!

If you visit my site you will see how it is appearing.

The image appears smaller and above the title of text excerpt. I would like for the image to be larger and alongside the the title and the copy. Please could you let me know how this is possible?

    Thanks,

    Holly

Really sorry to hear that! I hope you are okay. I would appreciate your support when you are able to, but a blog is not a priority compared to family!

    Wishing you the best!
