Frankly this was not all the issue. My website broken down but when I backup it, this problem happened .
I have spent all night working on it abd did the following:
1. I installed wordpress importer and export my blog work into desktop.
2. I re-install wordpress with new database.
3. Recreated child theme because the last child theme was broken.
4. Import the file which contain all the content from the step 1.
5. Making and editing the settings like general, writing, reading, comments, etc.
Everything was ok and all the links work successfully.
