Posts not found after migration

Migrated a wordpress woocommerce site from wp-engine server to stock linux server. Everything is fine except all posts that are not woocommerce products are getting “This is embarassing…” page not found error. The listing shows in category view, shows in admin, can open post to edit, but when click on “view” in admin list or enter url, get error. Have checked that permalinks are set properly on posts, have reset permalinks to another setting and back to “post name”, have checked values in database all looks good.
