Posts not getting translated

Maybe I’m missing something but when Bogo duplicates a post in another language, nothing in the post content is translated.
“You can translate any posts and pages into your language you have set at the step 2 above with the Language post box.”
Am I doing it wrong or misunderstanding what the plug in is supposed to do?
