The Facebook posts in the feed won’t show up in the default WordPress search I’m afraid as the WordPress search is only able to search WordPress posts and pages. The posts in the Facebook feed are not converted into WordPress posts, they are standalone posts displayed within the Facebook feed, and so aren’t searchable using the WordPress search.

Not without some heavy custom development I’m afraid. It may be possible to hire a third-party developer to create this functionality for you, but it’s not something that the plugin is able to do out-of-the-box. There may be other plugins available which are able to do this for you though, although I don’t know of any I can recommend.
