Posts not showing

Hi all,
I am trying to install the plugin but the posts are not showing on site. I have created a block, included posts with a certain category and then pasted the code on a page. Nothing shows.
I have also tried other options, to show all pages and posts but still nothing.

I have tried the plugin on another wordpress site and it works there. I do not understand why it does not work on this one site.
Are there any known conflicts?
We’ve fixed all the conflict encountered, any error in the console log?

Hi,
You got an error 500 on your page that may stop the news block to be displayed. It could be conflict with theme or plugin.
If you have the possibility try to disable plugins and re-enable it one by one.

Hm allright, strange.
I have deactivated all plugins but I still can’t see the posts.
Must be the theme I am using (Blackoot Lite) which causes conflicts. I tried another theme and it worked with that one.Do you know if I can make some code changes to the plugin to make it work? Or in general if there are some code parts in the theme files, I can make changes to?

I am facing the same problem with my new blog in Farsi (RTL) language. Using the plugin doesn’t show me anything from my posts.
FYI, I already check all of themes and plugin and in no situation it hasn’t been working.

Alireza@joomunited I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.
Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.
Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

Are we allowed to ask user to come and give credentials on our own private ticket support? Otherwise we won’t be able to fix problem as some of then are not identifiable.Cheers,
It’s tricky. The short answer is yes. What you do on your own support system is up to you and that is outside of these forums. Obviously forum moderators here have no say elsewhere.
Longer answer:
The whole point of deleting those admin requests is to maintain a safe environment for both new and experienced Internet users. There are cases where Not Very Good™ people obtained those credentials from users and then hit the user up for payment. You can guess how that went.
I’m not accusing you of being one of those or having any ill will. Honest. But as an ethical developer I am sure you understand my concern.
Plugin and theme authors can provide support here or elsewhere as they see fit. Or no support at all, that’s up to the developer. If you wish to direct support requests off of these forums that’s acceptable and understandable.
