Posts not showing

I added the plugin and set it up / testing it with the following short codes and neither of these are working… I can’t get the list of posts to show:

[catlist id=8 numberposts=10 ]

[catlist name=”Local SEO Articles” numberposts=10]

I’m assuming I’m using the correct category ID… but here’s the category URL >> https://bippermedia.com/local-seo/

neither of those shortcodes are working… nothing is showing.

I’m using the Avada theme, and no updates are showing as being needed anywhere.

I also tried the latest version, and the previous / old version.

I just can’t figure out why the list of posts aren’t showing?
