Posts not showing up

Hi,
New at wordpress and loving it. My posts aren’t showing up. I googled and quite a few threads came up and I tried a few things mentioned here

but no luck. I would appreciate any advice. I’m using a template called Posts on a custom page for the posts.Thanks!
