    Hi Sally,

    I don’t see the tracking code appearing in the source of the page.

    Could you please try these steps to see if it fixes.
    Logout / use another browser where you’re not logged in to check the tracking

    1. Reset the options in the Top 10 settings page. Check if the posts track

    2. If 1 above still doesn’t track after 1, deactivate the plugin from your All Plugins page and then delete it from there.
    Reinstall the plugin and then check tracking again.

    Hi,

    i tried out all steps, but the posts are not shown in the sidebar. Also reinstalled the plugin yet.

    Anything else what i can do ?

    Can you try temporarily switching to another theme to see if it tracks? Looking at the source of the page, it looks like absolutely nothing about the plugin is showing up.

    Are all your posts custom post types, or are they normal posts?

    Can you post a screenshot of your settings page?
