Posts not updating/posts not publishing

I been trying for half an hour to publish my posts/makes changes to them. I managed to publish one post after trying for like 10 minutes. Now when I try to change something in that post when I save and republish it it goes back to the same as it was published.

I disabled all the plugins and not even that works.
