Well, it’s hard to know, you’ve got a shipload of plugins running up there for sure, & were I you, I’d do a serious site audit to see if all of them are indeed necessary. I’m particularly concerned about the Nesting Pages plugin & wonder if this could be the cause. It’d be interesting to at least temporarily deactivate it & see if the issue resolves.
I’ve got an update:
We installed wp-security-audit and noticed that when a post reposts itself it’s right when we have just updated a navigation menu in “Appearances->Menu”. The log shows numerous PAGES being “created” (thought they are not) BUT there’s always a POST or two that get’s created too.
Looking at the SQL we see that the reposted posts have a menu_order number and no other posts on our site do.
