"Powered by" without explicit permission

The plugin adds a “Powered by” line on the frontend without my explicit permission. This is agains the ww.wp.xz.cn plugin guidelines, #10:

The plugin must not embed external links on the public site (like a “powered by” link) without explicitly asking the user’s permission. Any such options in the plugin must default to NOT show the link.

On top of that there is no setting to disable the output of this line. I’ve read other topics where you state there is an option after entering an email address but a) there’s no such option for me, b) come on, entering an email address to get access to options? Are you serious?

I suggest you make the “Powered by” line output opt-in asap.
