Powerful plugin, but mobile experience lacking

Easy-to-use, stable, and very customizable plugin and one of the only form creators that allows populating poll options based on a database query – among many other advanced features. Other features that I find useful include pre-made scoring, rating, conditional options, and different emails to form user and administrator.

On the down side: There are a few minor quirks (nothing without a work-around so far), and mobile optimization is somewhat lacking. One star less because of this.
