PPOM Cart Issue

Hello,

I’ve recently begun having an issue where adding to cart is displaying the option fields that are hidden on the product page when selecting different options;

For example I have:

Product Finish:
Gloss
Chrome
Glitter

When Gloss is selected, another field appears with all of the available gloss colours, but when added to cart the colours from Chrome and glitter also show in the cart.

I’m not sure why this is happening
