    Hello,

    We are using PPOM fields to show this base product (the size is the base product) with the MARQUEE PRINTING and ACCESSORIES as optional addons. There are two issues:

    1.) When I add add multiple addons, it is also mulltiplying the base price by the total amount of addons I select. For example the base price is $267 for the 3m size – then when I add three addons the three addon prices are added to the table below PLUS it is multiplying $267 x 3 to charge me $801 when the price should just be $267 (screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/tzc9g4

    2.) I am unable to increase or decrease the quantity beside the ‘Add To Cart’. I think this is related to the issue above because it will always show the total amount of addons as the total price here.

    3.) Under ‘ACCESSORIES’ it is letting the user go into negatives (which makes the price cheaper). This should not happen.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply, these three points are not the issues. It’s how the PPOM work with variation quantities.

    1. The quantities affect the main order quantity and therefore it will also multiple with the base price.

    2. Yes, it is disabled, because as I described above (1), the core quantity is controlled by variations.

    3. Please set min quantity to 1, it will solve this issue.

    Hello,

    So which fields in PPOM would work so we can add accessories as addons (without duplicating the base price).

    It should be Base Price + Chosen addons.

    Guys, I have never experienced support this bad with any plugin.

    1.) I followed the link to download the PPOM Option Quantity Addon plugin, but when I click the PayPal icon it purchased the main PPOM plugin, so now I have two licenses. Please refund the second one immediately.

    2.) Then I found the PPOM Option Quantity Addon on your website, I purchased it and set it up. This is NOT what we need. Please refund this immediately.

    3.) I found this addon on your website: https://ppom.nmediahosting.com/product/ice-cream-flavors-pack. If this adds the prices to the base product price then this is what we need. So I purchased it, and when I click on DOWNLOAD I get this: https://prnt.sc/u5xbgm

    I’m beyond frustrated now!

    Ok, but on your product, the quantity pack addon is not attached, it has quantities inputs.

    Thats correct, I tried it but it doesn’t do what I need. The options in the table are all optional addons where the buyer can purchase multiple addons.

    My problem is that the current setup works, but it is multiplying the base product rate. The base product is the size (in the dropdown). This is a set price.

    So for example someone chooses the 3m size that has a set price of $267. From there I should be able to add multiple options to add on to that price.

    Ok, then please set Size (select input) as a fixed fee. It will not be multiplied with the quantity.

    This works technically but the quantity box is showing the total amount including addons, but it is just 1 product.
