Hi @spiderwebb,
It appears that you are experiencing issues with PPOM select dropdowns not functioning properly. This problem is frequently the result of a JavaScript conflict or an incompatibility between plugins/theme.
Here are the troubleshooting steps:
1. Update PPOM: Ensure that you have installed the most recent versions of PPOM Free and Pro.
2. Check for Plugin Conflicts:
– Deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and PPOM temporarily.
– Switch your theme to a default option, such as Twenty Twenty-Four.
– Test the dropdown. If it works, reactivate the other plugins one at a time to pinpoint the conflict.
3. Check for JavaScript Errors:
– Access your browser’s developer console by pressing F12 and look for any error messages that appear when you attempt to use the dropdown.
4. Review Server Errors: If the dropdown remains blank or nothing happens, check your server’s error logs for any clues.
Before making any changes, please back up your website and database. This way, you can restore your site if anything goes wrong.
Looking forward to hearing about your progress!
