    Hello! We are thinking of adding WP Live Chat Support to our website but before we do that we have some questions.

    Pre-chat:
    Is it possible to customize the fields a client needs to fill in before starting a chat? For example adding age and gender and remove e-mail address?
    Is it possible to show the client some categories he needs to choose from before starting a chat?

    Post-chat:
    Is it possible to see some information about the client in the history? For example age and gender?

    Hi there.

    So sorry for only getting back to you now.

    Unfortunately the plugin doesn’t allow you to customize the fields, nor does it support categories/departments at this point in time, however we are looking into this functionality for the near future.

    The plugin allows you to view chat history as well as certain data such as the time of the chat, browser used by the visitor, their name and email address.
