Pre Built Layouts

Since plugin update today I have not been able to load pre built page builder layouts.
I have tried with two different websites and two different hosting companies.
When I tap insert-replace current-are you sure? all I get is “Loading prebuilt layout”

I have disabled all plugins,except Page Builder, rebooted, uninstalled-reinstalled and still no joy.
Any suggestions?
