    I was about to buy your plugin!

    First the visitors showed up very correctly (I made tests with friends in different locations)!

    But now I see Statistic gaps vs. true visitors. As my site is new and I don’t have many visitors yet, I can easily monitor it.
    Today I had phone calls with potential customers and they clearly visited my site, but not showing up. Showing: 0!!

    I have recently NOT added new plugins.
    The WP Fastest Cache plugin I was using already prior to your plugin and caching is set-up right (as you describe).

    Do you need access to check? No problem, I can provide it.

    Thank you for opening the thread and sorry for the delayed reply.

    As I can see on the Developer Tools > Network, the request goes well and receives the success response which means the counter functionality works well but why it doesn’t show up in the admin?

    I guess the admin view is affected by the cache plugin, Is there any possibility to clear the admin cache?

    It was not my intention to give credentials here, I only wanted to say, that -if we cannot solve it here- I’m fine to give the login to the support team. I’ll watch out better in future.

    okay, I get what you say. So I have simply clicked on the button to CLEAR ALL CACHE. But no change.

    @by-blickwinkel It’s not a “hint”. Do not offer credentials. Do not hint at offering credentials. You can get the plugin author(s) in trouble if they accept.
