Pre-made content area image issues

    I am having a problem with the images that go above the content areas. I use an image that is 1500×450 and it scales all sizes for all devices. I use another image of the exact same size, and it does not scale at all.

    I’ve left a copy of what it looks like with the bad image up on the website for the time being in case anyone can help me figure this out. Both images were created within Photoshop and nothing special was done…just created and saved as a PNG.

    In playing around it decided to start working. I hadn’t done anything to the images but upload them but I decided to go into the media library and I clicked on Restore Original Image to the one in question and it just started scaling like the other one did so I guess I’m good.
