    Loving the plugin, but i would like some CSS templates/examples that you guys are using for inspiration (i suck at design :/)

    CSS templates are not provided with the plugin, but you can change the
    “Plugin Style” option in the Site Reviews settings to match the form styles of other form plugins, themes, or the bootstrap CSS framework.
