Pre purchase question

    I’ve setup your plugin on my site, but I can only seem to display one filter set in my widget position. Ive created a two filter term that’s are very broad, Brand and Product Type (set in attributes) set for all products however, under these, I want to put various filterable features that are product specific eg. Magnetic force resistance for a maglock : All Maglocks – The Door Access Company

    These attributes are product specific, and shouldnt be shown on any other page eg

    Controllers/Panels – The Door Access Company

    , other than magnetic Locks, however hiding the empty terms still shows the attribute filter title, as there are lots of attributes per products, I will have a long list of Filter titles displaying that should be hidden as well as their terms.

    Does the pro version hide the term titles as well? Also I bought the YITH product filter but ran into memory problems and my Siteground server can have no more that 768M

    define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);

    Will this be an issue with your plugin, what are the limits of the plugin?

    Please leave a pre-sale request in the comments section on the site where you can purchase the PRO plugin.

    Support here is only for the Free version of the plugin.

    Unfrotunately, according to the forum guidelines, discussions related to commercial products are not allowed.

    Do not post about commercial products

    Sorry totally confused that thread is closed and says “The topic ‘Important! PRO version support.’ is closed to new replies.”

    If you use PRO version, please write your support requests in the comments section of the page, where you purchased PRO.

    So where do I ask pre sales questions ?

    As you might know, we cannot share direct links to commercial plugins on the forum, as it is one of the forum guidelines.

    The easiest way is to simply search for “Filter Everything.” You will find the official site, where you can click “Buy” to go to the site where you can purchase the plugin. On that site, you can see the comments section, where you can leave all of your pre-sale questions.
