Download Notifications add-on send an email notification when someone downloads a package. It is possible to send a notification when someone uploads a file too.
Login is secure and can be used with ssl.

thank you for getting back to me. Can you reply back today if possible and let me know what plugins I need to buy wp downloadmanager pro? + download notification add-on in order to assign users to specific downloads and upload with email notification.
