I have two types of vendors, with dokan and elementor plugins,
my cycle in tickets is:
1- the customer will select a vendor.
2- open a ticket by the customer to the selected vendor and attached a specified requested data.
3- the vendor will review the ticket and should add more details then forward it to the second type of vendor (select list).
4- a new discussion will be between both vendors (this discussion should be private for the customer or user).
5- finally any of tow vendors can reply to the customer directly.
6- all the discussions should be stored in the same ID and stored in their dashboard.
7- the tickets can be called within 2 years.
