pre-sales question

I’m looking for a solution where I need to put a simple form where people can fill in their information. I’d like to have these field converted to a PDF with a certain layout, and emailed.
Is this possible?
In terms of licensing, how is Gravity Forms licensed? I have couple of websites under the same domain, just different servers. We’re a university.
