Pre-sales questions

Hello,

We are thinking of buying the paid version of your plugin, but I have a few questions before:

1. We want to pack the site into an app with Apppresser, which can’t read shortcodes, so on the app the form wouldn’t work. Is there an option to insert the forms on pages via php, and not shortcodes? (I think I saw something like that.)

2. Is there an option to populate custom fields with the list of users (I haven’t seen it in free version)? If not, can it be customized? Ideally, we want to populate fields with users filtered by role.

3. It seems that deleting custom fields doesn’t remove them from the database. After deleting one, I couldn’t create a new one with the same slug. Is it a bug or it’s supposed to be like that?
